Terms and Conditions – Tent, Inflatable, and Decor Rentals

Thank you for choosing JAYZ PARTY RENTAL for your party and event rental needs. To ensure a smooth experience, please review the following Terms and Conditions carefully.

  1. Booking & Payment
  • A minimum of 30%–50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to delivery and setup.
  • Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the advance payment and a written confirmation (via email or message).
  1. Delivery & Setup
  • Delivery and setup will be scheduled only after full payment has been received.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the venue is accessible and ready at the scheduled time.
  • Additional charges may apply for difficult access, long distances from the unloading area, or setup on surfaces like gravel or slopes.
  • Setup and dismantling are to be handled exclusively by our trained staff unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  1. Usage & Safety
  • All rental items, including tents, inflatables, and decor, must be used with care and in a safe manner.
  • Inflatables must always be supervised by an adult while in use.
  • Tents must not be moved once installed. Decorations and attachments should not be added without prior approval.
  • Customers are not permitted to use sharp objects, confetti, glitter, food, drinks, or shoes inside inflatables unless specifically allowed.
  1. Damage, Loss & Cleaning Fees
  • The customer assumes full responsibility for all rented items from delivery to collection.
  • Charges will apply for any lost, damaged, or excessively dirty items at the full replacement or repair value.
  • A cleaning fee may be charged if equipment is returned with stains, mud, or damage beyond normal wear and tear.
  • A detailed invoice will be issued for any such charges, which are payable within 7 days.
  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • If you need to reschedule, we’re happy to accommodate date changes with at least 24–48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event may require full payment, depending on the type and scope of the rental.
  1. Weather Policy
  • For safety reasons, inflatables and outdoor decor may not be set up in high winds or severe weather.
  • In case of bad weather, bookings may be rescheduled, but refunds will not be provided.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to have a backup indoor plan if weather may be a factor.
  1. Liability & Indemnity
  • [Your Company Name] is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or property damage that occur during the use of rented items.
  • The customer agrees to hold JAYZ PARTY RENTAL harmless from any claims arising from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow guidelines.

By proceeding with the booking and making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
