  • Delivery Fees: Delivery fees are based on the distance from our warehouse to your event location and the size of your order. Exact fees will be provided at the time of booking.

2. Delivery Schedule

  • Timing: Deliveries are scheduled based on the requirements of your event. We aim to deliver rental items well in advance of the event start time.
  • Coordination: Our team will coordinate with you to determine a suitable delivery time. Please ensure someone is available at the event location to receive and inspect the items.

3. Setup and Takedown

  • Setup: We offer setup services for all rental items. Our professional team will ensure everything is arranged according to your specifications.
  • Takedown: After the event, our team will return to disassemble and collect the rental items. Please ensure all items are ready for collection at the agreed-upon time.

4. Access Requirements

  • Venue Access: Please ensure clear access to the event location for our delivery team. This includes providing necessary permissions for venue entry, parking, and unloading.
  • Special Instructions: Inform us of any special delivery instructions or potential obstacles, such as stairs, elevators, or narrow doorways, in advance.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Inspection: Upon delivery, please inspect all rental items for any damages or discrepancies. Notify our delivery team immediately if there are any issues.
  • Security: Once delivered, you are responsible for the security and protection of the rental items until they are collected by our team.

6. Changes and Cancellations

  • Delivery Changes: If you need to change your delivery time or location, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
  • Cancellations: Delivery fees may still apply if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

7. Inclement Weather

  • Weather Precautions: For outdoor events, please have a contingency plan in case of adverse weather conditions. We can provide tents and other protective measures if arranged in advance.
  • Weather Cancellations: If delivery is not possible due to severe weather, we will work with you to reschedule or cancel without additional fees.
