Rental Returns
- Return Process: All rental items must be returned by the agreed-upon date specified in your rental agreement. Please ensure that all items are in their original condition and packaging.
- Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional fees. If you anticipate any delays, please contact us immediately to discuss your options.
- Damaged or Missing Items: You are responsible for any damages or loss of rental items. Charges for repairs or replacements will be assessed based on the extent of the damage or loss.
Refunds
- Cancellation Policy:
- 7 Days Prior: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event date.
- 3-6 Days Prior: Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Less than 3 Days: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
- Deposits: Non-refundable deposits may be required for certain bookings. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
- Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Event Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 3 days of the event may incur additional fees.
