Rental Returns

  1. Return Process: All rental items must be returned by the agreed-upon date specified in your rental agreement. Please ensure that all items are in their original condition and packaging.
  2. Late Returns: Late returns may incur additional fees. If you anticipate any delays, please contact us immediately to discuss your options.
  3. Damaged or Missing Items: You are responsible for any damages or loss of rental items. Charges for repairs or replacements will be assessed based on the extent of the damage or loss.

Refunds

  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • 7 Days Prior: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event date.
    • 3-6 Days Prior: Cancellations made 3-6 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
    • Less than 3 Days: Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
  2. Deposits: Non-refundable deposits may be required for certain bookings. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
  3. Refund Process: If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
  4. Event Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your event, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new date, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 3 days of the event may incur additional fees.
